Terms and Conditions of Finder.co.uk Ltd with Customers purchasing a Premium Listing.

1. The Finder.co.uk Ltd business listing service is owned and operated by Finder.co.uk Ltd and is hereafter known as the 'service'.
2. All enhanced listings will be subject to an annual charge. These charges will be subject to VAT at the rate applicable at the time of purchase.
3. Enhanced Listings appear above the Basic listings in the search results for any specific search, however no precise position will be allotted and there may be more than one enhanced listing for any given search.
4. Enhanced Listings will be eligible for renewal a year after they are listed on the Finder.co.uk web site. A renewal notification will be issued by e-mail one month prior to the expiry of the existing listing inviting renewal and giving details of current prevailing prices. Finder.co.uk does not guarantee any additional reminders will be sent and will not be liable for any losses that might be incurred by any company that fails to renew its enhanced listing. Specifically Finder.co.uk cannot be held responsible for e-mails not being received because of company spam filters and other devices that may prevent our e-mails reaching you.
5. The submission form completed at the time the service is ordered will be the basis of the listing. Customers may, at any time, make amendments to their listing but these will not be made live until they have been approved by Finder.co.uk Ltd. No guarantee of time taken for this approval is given.
6. Finder.co.uk Ltd reserves the right to vary its prices without notice to you other than at the time we invite you to create or renew your entry.
7. The only method of payment accepted is by credit card, PayPal, Google Checkout, cheque or electronic transfer.
8. No listing will be made live until payment has been received.
9. Finder.co.uk works hard to ensure that the service is available 24/7, however no guarantees are made that the site will always be available. Small service outages are rare and are usually caused by circumstances beyond our control. In the event that the site is down continuously for 24 hours or longer (which has never happened thus far) additional days will be added to the listing duration based on 1 day for the first 24 hours and an additional day for each day or part of a day thereafter. Finder.co.uk Ltd. will not accept liability for any loss incurred if the Website is suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the Owner's control.
10. By submitting an enhanced entry order form and agreeing to payment to us or our appointed agent you accept these terms and conditions in respect of the Service.
